I see growth as a fundamental purpose of life.

I believe that the path to wholeness and self-mastery is through discipline. When we commit to our own growth, we commit to show up fully in every other area of our life.

Growth is a journey that takes time. Through discipline we can experience progress that leads us up to dynamic evolution.

When I connect with my students, they become part of my path.

My personal path in yoga is ever evolving and ever dynamic!

When I connect with my students, they become part of my path, yet developing their own individual understanding and connection to their infinite potential within.

My vision

Because I see growth as a fundamental purpose in life, I continued my education.

Yoga helped me to transform my discipline into devotional practice, that became my life and a part of who I am.

Through continued practice of yoga, I learned how to refine the mind and raise awareness.

My mission is to serve and to share.

Now, my natural desire is to share it with beautiful people around me – my family, friends, students, clients and community.
